Payment is due by the day of our session either through PayPal or Venmo. PayPal payments can be sent to: connect@jessicafern.com Venmo payments can be sent: JessicaFern@JessicaFern. Please give 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed sessions or cancellations under-24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to keep an appointment I request 24 hours notice in advance of our scheduled session. Without 24 hours notice, I charge the full session fee for a canceled or missed session.
