Secure Attachment with Self

Level One: Becoming Your Own Safe Haven

Four-month Live Online Program to

Transform Your Attachment from Insecure to Secure

Course begins February 4th, 2021

More so than ever in these times of global upheaval and uncertainty, we need the inner anchor of a secure attachment with ourselves in order to navigate a world in flux, as well as our personal lives and relationships. This four-month program is designed to take you through the steps of transforming your insecure attachment style into a secure attachment with yourself.

This program is for those of you who want to:

  • Feel more internally rooted and sovereign instead of withdrawing, clinging, or acting out in ways that interfere with you experiencing an authentic and heartfelt life.

  • Heal your painful past and attachment survival strategies so that you can live more fully in the present.

  • Transform the inner voices of Criticism and Shame as well as the ways you try to escape or avoid your discomfort.

  • Learn to be your own Safe Haven through self-soothing practices so that you can feel more centered, grounded, and at ease in your nervous system.

  • Use inner parts work to reparent and care for yourself so that you can experience the love, acceptance, and understanding that you didn’t feel as a child or in the ways you needed in your adult attachment-based relationships.

  • More fully embody your Awake Awareness and Authentic Expressions of Self.

What you get:

  • Weekly 75-minute live video sessions with Shane and Jessica.  (In these live sessions Jessica and Shane will offer teachings, practices, demonstrations and time for Q&A.)

  • Monthly Q&A calls to help you integrate our work together.

  • Over 20 audio and video guided meditations and practices for you to access at your own pace.

  • Over 8 hours of bonus supplementary video teachings to support your journey.

  • Monthly optional peer support group calls with your fellow participants.

All live sessions will be recorded and available to watch within 24 hours on the course platform.
